Release Checklist

 * Build dist tarball and copy to public_html.
 * Build autopackages, by running the autopackage/makeall script.
 * Copy the *.package{,.meta} files to public_html.
 * Update AP's LUAU XML files.
 * Update the AP symlink.
 * Update the home page.
 * Update Freshmeat.
 * Copy the doc directory to public_html.
